Black Pepper (Piper nigrum) Essential Oil is extracted by either steam distillation or by CO2 extraction from the unripe fruits of the vine that grow in India and other parts of Asia. The dried fruits have been used as a savoury spice for over 4000 years by both Eastern and Western cultures.

This product is 100% pure Therapeutic Grade Essential Oil and the only source used by us is oil extracted by steam distillation.

Black Pepper Oil is a warming agent and is therefore ideal to help alleviate muscular aches and pains, chronic fatigue and for people who suffer from cold hands and feet.

A good remedy for cold hand and feet:

Add 5 drops of the oil to 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix well. Massage the legs, starting at the feet and moving up to the thighs. Put socks on to cover the feet either overnight if you are massaging just before bedtime or keep socks on for a few hours during the day to keep the oils on the skin.

Hand should be massaged starting at the back of the hand from the fingers to the wrist. Turn hand over and massage palm in a circular motion from finger joints to the wrist. Time should be spent on the base of the thumb, which should be massaged thoroughly. 

The 10ml glass bottle has an integrated dropper for easy dispensing.  

Caution: People with sensitive skins or allergies should patch test a small area of skin with the blend of black pepper oil and vegetable oil before widespread use. If irritation occurs, wipe off excess oil and rinse with cold water
